It’s Sunday morning and I’m already trying to figure out how my Monday should be. Being part of a school staff can be overwhelming if you are not prepare for the ups and downs. However, how hard is it to be prepare for it?
I usually write it down. I’ve become more efficiently after writing my day by the hour. Was not easy at first. I checked many agenda sites, many templates before I gave up and just work with “a pretty near template” to my needs.
After a couple of weeks it hit me! How hard can it be to use a program to do my own template? I started a research on programs with graphic designer friends. One dear friend told me to stop torturing myself and use Publisher. I could not believe it! I’ve heard from him that Publisher was for amateurs, but then, I was!
After playing with it a couple of hours, I got the hang of it. Now I am the owner of my own agenda by week and by day. That was a YES for me!!!
So this Sunday, I printed my week. Using color pens and pencils I started writing my Monday, Tuesday, etc. and now I’m ready to create another Template for my Teachers’ Planning notes and suggestions. Can’t deny I’m excited to see how it turns out. I’m missing the ability to create pictures. Will work on it this week.
